愿以此功德
May this virtuous merits,
莊严佛净土
Adorn the Buddha's Pure Land;
上报四重恩
Repaying four kinds of kindness above,
下济三涂苦
And aiding those sufferings in the three paths below.
诺有见闻者
May those who see and hear of this,
悉发菩提心
All bring forth the Bodhi resolves;
尽此一报身
When this retribution body is over,
同生极乐国
Be born together in the Land of Ultimate Bliss.
